Summary

Salesforce is my personal favorite company to write content for. They have a positive, down-to-earth tone that values humanizing technical details and staying laser-focused on how their technology helps real people accomplish real goals. For Salesforce, the customer is always the hero of the story.

The incredible breadth of their products also covers a shocking variety of use cases. From generative AI crafting social images in marketing software to data integration platforms that streamline manufacturing supply chains, and everything in between. I can always count on learning something new and interesting in every Salesforce project.

In the infographic below, our assignment was to announce a new partnership between Salesforce and Accenture, who teamed up to help local dealerships for Caterpillar construction equipment modernize their technology. The client used the infographic as an attachment in an email campaign, so it doesn’t exist online. But you can see images from the pdf below. Shout out to the amazing designers I worked with to bring this content to life!
