Writing the video script to promote an enterprise security webinar

Summary

The beautiful thing about writing video scripts is that they force you to be efficient. There isn’t time to beat around the bush. You have to get to the point and you have to get to it quickly and clearly. The goal of this video was to use sound bites from an interview with a cybersecurity expert to promote the webinar that included that interview. It was fun to reach back into my TV news production experience by finding the most interesting clips of an interview and then cutting them together in a way that’s both clear and compelling. I also collaborated closely with the design and animation team to ensure the entire script contributed to the broader creative vision for the vidoe.
